Design & Delivery Process

All projects are put on a two-week timeline after an initial deposit is made (50% of total service costs*), granted you are available via email or phone during that time to provide information and audit our design progress.

Your Ideas (Planning) - To begin the design process, we will need to know what type of look or image you are aiming for. To assist in this process, you may provide any and all ideas you have for your project and/or send us examples of websites or designs that grab your attention.

Our Ideas (Design Process) - You will be provided with up to three (3) design mockups (options) from which you may approve one (1) for your project. We will then perform any alterations to your chosen design mockup until you are satisfied with the result.

Test Run - After you confirm the web design for your website (if applicable), we will design the code infrastructure, then upload a test site to our servers for you to test drive before final delivery of your project.

Final Delivery - Once you confirm the total design and a final deposit is made, Fab Web Media will upload your website to your own server and your finished project will be completely live at that time.

* Your initial deposit is nonrefundable 24 hours after the payment is made. If a refund is requested within 24 hours, 100% of your deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.
